Dear Sir or Madam,

 

                                                I am cancelling my contract 264186921/00001  as from today 27/07/2008. This is therefore my 30 days notice from today meaning that my contract will end on 26/08/2008. My number is 07825687886.

 

                I have been very unhappy with Vodafone’s service and this is primarily the cause of the cancellation. I called up to cancel my contract the month before it was due to end and was informed that it would be cancelled once I had paid my last bill for that contract. Since then 2 months line rental has been taken from my debit account. Following my concern regarding these payments I cancelled the direct debit and received a letter informing me that I owe another two months line rental.

 

                As you can check from your records the handset has not been used for 4 months. I therefore called today and have finally been advised the correct format of which is this letter.  If customer service had prompted me in the first instance I would not have been so unhappy with Vodafone. Consequently I will never use Vodafone’s service again.

 

                I would like a phone call to confirm receipt of this letter and sort this matter out.
